When you acquire our services and enter into a Contract, we retain your Personal Information for the length of the guarantee set out in the Contract.
For the majority of Contracts such as those involving the servicing of Pumps and Sumps, the length of the guarantee is 10 years for which your Personal Information will be stored in our CRM system and in our Ledger for accounting purposes.
If you contact us to request the deletion of your Personal Information prior to the end of the guarantee during a Contract please note that although we will fulfil the request by deleting your Personal Information from our CRM, according to record-keeping legislation set out by HMRC we cannot remove your Personal Information from our Ledger until 6 years after the end of the fiscal year of which the Contract began.
